We are now back at Scott Base, staging for our return to New Zealand tomorrow.
Our expedition to the Taylor Dry Valley was an outstanding success and over the next few weeks, I'll publish photographs and comments on the deployment of the Swampfox UAV, built and supplied by Skycam UAV in Palmerston North. I want to thank the company specifically, because they supplied spare parts and advice for our operations. Without their support, we would not have been able to complete our programme of research.
This has been an awesome experience and I hope that in future years, we will be able to conduct further flights in Antarctica.
